What is a wax melt?

Wax Melts are scented pieces of wax that do not require a flame or a wick to be melted.

What is the difference between wax melts and candles?

Wax Melts do not require an open flame for use while candles do.

How do I use a wax melt?

Can I use these products around or on my children and/or pets?

Yes, you can use these products around them, but, I would suggest putting your melter up and away where children cannot touch the hot wax or the packaging. Sometimes our products may smell and/or look like food so it's best to be cautious when using around children/pets.

Shipping Questions

Do you ship internationally?

Not currently, but I am hoping to in the future.

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes! Orders $60 and above will recieve free shipping.

Can I cancel my order?

Yes, but you need to be contact me within 24 hours of ordering.

Can I change my order after it was already placed?

If you want to add more items to your order, No.

If you need to change your address, please contact me within 24 hours and I can correct that for you.

When will I recieve my products?

All orders will be taken to the post office within 2 to 14 business days. Please see the Shipping Policy

If there are any changes or delays, please take a look at my Instagram for possible updates. Please bare with me! There is only one person operating this business, patience would be appreciated!

I haven't recieved my confirmation email/tracking number. What do I do?

Please contact me so that I can resend the confirmation email or tracking number to you!

What should I do if I never recieved my order?

Sometimes USPS holds orders even if they've marked it as delivered. Please contact me if it still hasn't been delivered after a few days.

My package was damaged upon delivery. What can I do?

Please contact me immediately!

Be sure to take clear pictures of how your box was delivered and the contents inside.

If items are damaged, we can file a claim with USPS and get your money back for them.

I received the wrong product(s), what do I do?

Contact me and I can get that sorted out for you.

Do you offer wholesale?

Yes! I do require wholesale orders to be placed a few months BEFORE the event so I have time to prepare.

Do you take custom orders?
